This study investigated the effects of group members` perceived effectiveness of message and their perception of counselor on the corrective feedback. The participants were 97 volunteers who took part in the unstructured group counseling. The group counseling was held with Reality Dynamic Counseling approach which is assumed suitable co the Korean. The statistical data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, ANOVA and Multiple Regression. The results are as follows: First, the group of which the effectiveness of message is high does not increase the accepting the corrective feedback as compared with the group of which the effectiveness of message is low. Second, the group of which counselor perception is high does increase the accepting the corrective feedback as compared with the group of which counselor perception is low. Third, the acceptance of corrective feedback is higher when the group of which the message is low and with the group of which counselor perception high. Forth, the one of sub category of the effectiveness of message the specification, gives best explanation of the acceptance of corrective feedback. Uncompulsion is the next explanatory variation as negative correlation.
