Study 1 explored and analyzed the contents of the spirituality improvement training programs accoding to the six factors of spirituality. The spirituality improvement program was developed based on this preliminary research. The study 2 implemented the spirituality improvement training program to the student groups how it impacted on their spirituality, self-esteem, social support, and well-being. As results, theatment group showed improvement of spirituality and self-esteem social support, well-being than control group. The implications of this study is to construct six factors constituting spirituality, to developed spirituality improvement training programs based on this constructs and to testify the effect of the programs on spirituality and self-esteem social support, well-being.
