The purpose of this study was to develop a training program for university students' human relationship sand to analyze the effects of the program. According to a systematic procedure for the development of counseling model, four professional counselors, both participants and leaders of the groups were involved in the development and validation of the program. The program, consisting of seven lectures and seven sessions of small group training, was designed for a humanities class in university. The effects of the program were analyzed by utilizing the dependent variables of the Psycho-Social Maturity Scale, The Relationship Change Scale and effectiveness of learning from human relationship by the ANOVA on repeated measures for pre, post and follow-up tests. The program showed positive effects in terms of improving university students' psycho-social maturity and human relationships, and the effects were maintained up to 12 weeks after the program was terminated. These results could lead to the preliminary conclusion that the training program helped improve and develop university students' human relationships.
