A Study on the Management of Webpage in the Medical Libraries in Seoul

Abstract

As the webpage has become part of our daily lives, libraries tend to use the webpage for the information service and for the pubic relations as well. In that, the importance on the management of webpage in libraries has been emphasized. This study explores the theoretical background on the webpage and its management; surveys and analyzes the webpages of 20 medical libraries in Seoul in terms of its management; and suggests some recommendations for the effective management of webpages in libraries.
