공공도서관 어린이 사서의 계속교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 현황 분석

초록

본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 어린이 사서를 위한 계속교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 188명의 어린이 사서가 응답한 설문지 분석을 통하여 국내 공공도서관의 어린이 서비스와 어린이 사서의 현황을 조사하고 계속교육에 대한 현장의 요구를 파악하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 어린이 사서의 전문성과 실무 능력을 제고할 수 있는 계속교육프로그램의 내용 및 방법, 그리고 운영방안을 제안하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a continuing education program for children's librarian. For this. this study conducted a questionnaire survey of children's librarians on current status of the children's services, the backgrounds of children's librarians and their needs for the continuing education. Based on the survey results. this study suggested a continuing education program, including content and policy for the children's librarians.
