Abstract

This study examine various specific characters of library as an organization, and some changes in the circumstances of library caused by inducing information technology under the knowledge-based society. On the basis of the analyses, this study is to drive some effective improvements of the manager's leadership to cope with the paradigm shift of manager of library.
