Abstract

Public libraries should establish and manage many branch libraries and outlets in order to improve the cultural level of the residents. For the first time a reading circle to be able to make residents do the reading activities is organized and it may have an effect that service point baseborn that reading circle is expanded. 1) The public library organizes the reading circle according to age and subject of the people. 2) The public library files the blanket program for unified management of all reading circle within the jurisdiction. A home page is administrated for exchange of information of members of each reading circle and arrangement and administration of activity of the reading circle by establishing‘News letter’is able to have an effect.
