A Study on the Effect of Establishing School Library Digital Resource Room

The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development is propelling the establishment's project of school library digital resource room under recognizing school library is essential facility that it is to educate students to become autonomous and creative person, to embodies a 7th curriculum in the knowledge base society. There is a necessity which it will analyze demonstrative operating school library digital resource room for maximize to educational effect and to establish efficiently. Thus, this study is prepares a foundation of school library informationization as analyzes an operational status and an educational effect with 96 school library digital resource room which are established in tool year.
