메뉴본 연구는 직장인의 사회불안에 영향을 미치는 여러 요인 중 심리적 요인에 대한 것으로, 사회적 상황에서 타인의 평가에 두려움을 느끼는 사회불안에 영향을 미치는 불안정 성인애착과의 관계에서 거부민감성과 대인존재감의 매개효과를 알아보는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 직장인을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집한 431명의 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불안정 성인애착과 사회불안 간의 관계에서 거부민감성은 부분 매개하였다. 둘째, 불안정 성인애착과 사회불안 간의 관계에서 대인존재감은 부분 매개하였다. 셋째, 불안정 성인애착과 사회불안 관계에서 거부민감성과 대인존재감을 순차적으로 투입하여 확인한 결과, 거부민감성과 대인존재감의 순차 매개하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 사회적인 상황에서 불안을 느끼는 직장인들을 이해하고, 심리적 어려움을 겪는 이들을 위한 긍정적인 자원을 제안하고, 효과적인 치료적 개입 방안 마련에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. 끝으로 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구 제언을 제시하였다.
This study aimed to examine the mediating effects of rejection sensitivity and mattering on the relationship between insecure adult attachment and social anxiety, focusing on psychological factors influencing social anxiety among employees who fear being evaluated by others in social situations. An online survey was conducted with employees, and data from 431 participants were analyzed. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, rejection sensitivity partially mediated the relationship between insecure adult attachment and social anxiety. Second, mattering partially mediated this relationship as well. Third, when rejection sensitivity and mattering were sequentially included in the analysis, a significant sequential mediating effect was found. Accordingly, this study is expected to contribute to understanding employees who experience social anxiety, to suggest positive psychological resources for those experiencing psychological difficulties, and to help develop effective therapeutic interventions. Finally, the limitations of the study and suggestions for future research were presented.
