Abstract
The goal of this study is to analyze two women character the actress Jeon Do-youn acted in the movie 「Secret Sunshine」 and 「The Housemaid」. They are searching for the way to resolve conflicts between the desire and the truth in the capitalistic society. SinAe in 「Secret Sunshine」 has some troubles between reality and religion, hypocrisy and truth, reconciliation and forgiveness. Euni in 「The Housemaid」 has some troubles in the class system in the capitalistic society and exerts herself to seek the truth in life. She resists strongly contempt by the ruling class and shows the return of the depressed desire and the aesthetics of the violence. Their choice through confusing is an asking to the audience. They ask to us what is the best valuable in the corrupted society. The characters are virtual persons but they are important persons to search for the real valuable in this society we live now. They are representation of problem person.
