Abstract

This study is a consideration about the flow of energy(溫氣·熱氣·凉氣·寒氣) and CheongGi(淸氣)·Takjae(濁滓) of four‒shapes’ people that are disclosed in Jangburon(臟腑論) based on the Diagram of King Wen’s eight trigram. Jangburon makes us think it has content medical thing from the title, but chapter 1 of Donguisusebowon discussed philosophical principle of Sasang Constitutional Medicine, so we have to study understanding of person from philosophical thinking, although Jangburon told about four shapes structure and physiological function. In this study, researcher made a methodology that can understand body’s energy flow on the basis of the Diagram of King Wen’s eight trigram that is a tool can understand philosophical principle of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Understanding through the Diagram of King Wen’s eight trigram will be an opportunity not only can understand body’s top and bottom function but also can consider body’s physiological energy flow from a philosophical point of view about energy flow, central question of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. And Through study that Jinhae(津海)·Gohae(膏海)·Yuhae(油海)·Ekhae(液海) and CheongGi(淸氣)·Takjae(濁滓) of Nihae(膩海)·Makhae(膜海)·Hyulhae(血海)·Junghae(精海) link to Jangbu of four shapes people, can understand a feature of four shapes people’s Jangbu. Especially, Eyes·Ear·Nose·Mouth and Lungs·Spleen·Liver·Kidney have two means that one is moral Simkuan(心官) another is Physiological organ, so we know clearly human life is based on metaphysical character. Namely, four shapes medicine is medical system that fusing mind and body through human’s life is not only simply physical human body but also based on metaphysical character.
