본 연구는 아동·청소년기 외상 경험이 강박 신념에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 특질 불안과 초기 부적응 도식, 그리고 그 하위 영역(단절 및 거절, 손상된 자율성 및 수행, 타인 중심성, 과잉 경계 및 억제, 손상된 한계)의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 주요 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 19–39세 성인 378명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 28.0과 PROCESS Macro 4.2(Model 4 및 Model 6)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 외상 경험과 강박 신념의 관계에서 특질 불안과 초기 부적응 도식은 각각 유의한 매개효과를 보였으며, 두 변인의 구조적 순서를 달리한 순차적 매개 모형에서는 초기 부적응 도식이 특질 불안에 선행하는 구조가 상대적으로 더 큰 매개효과를 나타냈다. 특히, 해당 모형에 초기 부적응 도식의 다섯 가지 하위 영역을 각각 매개변인으로 투입하여 분석한 결과, 모든 영역이 순차적 매개 경로에서 완전 매개효과를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 외상 경험, 초기 부적응 도식, 불안 취약성이 강박 신념의 병리적 형성 과정에서 어떠한 구조적 관계를 형성하는지 명확하게 제시함으로써, 임상 개입의 이론적 토대를 제공한다.
This study examined the mediating effects of trait anxiety and early maladaptive schemas (EMSs) and their five subdomains (disconnection/rejection, impaired autonomy/performance, other-directedness, over-vigilance/inhibition, and impaired limits) on the relationship between childhood/adolescent trauma and obsessive beliefs. Nationwide, data were collected from 378 adults aged 19-39 via an online survey and analyzed using SPS S 28.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.2 (Models 4 and 6). The results showed that both trait anxiety and EMSs had significant mediating effects, and in sequential mediation models with reversed variable orders, EMSs preceding trait anxiety showed a relatively stronger effect. When the five EMS subdomains were tested as mediators, all showed full mediation in the sequential pathway. These findings provide a theoretical basis for clinical intervention by clarifying the structured interplay among trauma, EMSs, and anxiety vulnerability in the pathological formation of obsessive beliefs.
